Note: Sharpening is not only related to the sharpened blade. Factors such as wear on the machine (especially on the drive arm), issues with the blade mechanism, use of blades without oil, and a drop in speed on battery-powered machines due to battery wear also come into play. Therefore, our average satisfaction rate with sharpening is around 90%. Each blade mechanism and sharpness are adjusted and tested on the fur by us. In non-cutting blades, the top blade is replaced for recovery. If efficiency is still not achieved, no sharpening fee is charged.

• For shipments by courier, we have an agreement with ARAS Kargo. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender for both sending and returning. We recommend wrapping the blades individually well during shipment. (Our company is not responsible for broken blade tips during shipping.) If you do not have an agreement with any courier, having the shipping costs billed to us will significantly reduce your shipping costs. We also request that you include a contact information in the package.
