Note: Sharpening is not only about the blade itself. Many factors affect performance, including wear on the machine (especially the drive arm), issues in the blade mechanism, using blades without proper lubrication, or battery wear in cordless machines causing slower rotation. Therefore, our average customer satisfaction for sharpening is around 90%. Every sharpened blade mechanism and sharpness is adjusted and tested on fur. For blades that do not cut properly, we can resolve the issue by replacing the top blade. If the tool cannot achieve proper performance, no sharpening fee is charged.

For shipments via cargo, we work with ARAS Cargo. Shipping costs for both delivery and return are the sender’s responsibility. We recommend carefully wrapping each blade for shipment (our company is not responsible for broken blade tips during shipping). If you don’t have a cargo agreement, you can charge the shipping cost to us, which will significantly reduce your shipping expenses. Please also include contact information in the package so we can reach you if needed.
