CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION & RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL

By placing an order electronically via the website, you are deemed to have accepted the prior information form and the distance sales agreement.

Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the relevant regulations.

Shipping fees will be paid by the Buyer.

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within the statutory 30-day period. If delivery fails, the contract may be terminated.

Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the order, and with any warranty certificates and user manuals if applicable.

If the product cannot be supplied, notification must be made within 3 days, and payment refunded within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASE PRICE IS NOT PAID

If the Buyer does not pay or the payment is canceled, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT

If unauthorized card use is detected after delivery and payment is not made, the product must be returned within 3 days at the Buyer’s expense, including shipping fees.

DELIVERY IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may cancel the order, request a replacement, or choose to wait. Cash payments will be refunded within 14 days; credit card refunds will be made to the bank, which may take 2–3 weeks to process.

OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The Buyer must inspect the product before accepting it. If damaged, a report must be made with the shipping company. Products are considered accepted if no damage is reported. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must not be used and must be returned with the invoice.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. Notification should be made using the following contact details:

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

For services, the period starts upon signing the contract. Withdrawal cannot be used if service delivery has started.

All expenses are borne by the Buyer.

Notification must be made in writing to the Seller within 14 days, and the product must remain unused.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Invoice (for corporate buyers, include the return invoice),

Product, packaging, accessories, and return form must be delivered complete.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Payment and documents will be refunded within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal notification, and the product must be returned within 20 days.

Damages caused by user errors must be compensated. Users are not responsible for defects arising from proper use.

If the total falls below a campaign or promotional price, the discount will be canceled.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL

Products that are customized for personal needs, those that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons, opened packages, electronic services, and digital content cannot be returned. Opened cosmetics, software, CD/DVD products are also non-returnable.

DEFAULT

In case of delayed credit card payments, the bank may charge interest and fees. The Buyer is responsible for all damages caused by the delay.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment can be made via bank transfer/EFT.

Online payment and installment options are available. The total amount will be charged to the credit card at the end of the order.
